No cost to the university.  In fact, this plan can be used to drive donations to the school.

Eligible users are given the option of donating an amount each month in addition to their cellular bill. This donated amount can be used by the University for scholarship programs and other fundraising ventures.

3Roof provides end user support utilizing mobility support experts.

The implementation process involves porting your current cell phone number from your existing carrier to the University ATT wireless account. Generally porting occurs within 24 hours of the request. Your phone remains active on your current carrier until the port occurs at which time you can reboot your phone, and you will be on the new carrier service.
